NEWPORT, RI -- The International Tennis Hall of Fame announced today that 2002 Newport Tennis Champion Taylor Dent has received a wild card to play in the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, scheduled for July 6-12. This is the first wild card given out for the Campbell’s Hall of Fame Tennis Championships, played for the Van Alen Cup. |

COOPERSTOWN, NY) The joy and passion brought to the game of baseball by Latin American players is now on display for everyone to see at the Baseball Hall of Fame. The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum unveiled a permanent exhibit entitled ¡Viva Baseball! on Saturday, May 23 in Cooperstown, honoring the Latin American impact on baseball through a celebration of Caribbean Basin countries and players. Hall of Famers Orlando Cepeda and Juan Marichal – two of the nine Latin American Hall of Fame inductees participated in the exhibit opening.
