Purdue Marching Band to Perform at College Football Hall of Fame

College Football Hall of Fame
SOUTH BEND, Ind. - November 5, 2008- The College Football Hall of Fame is pleased to welcome the Purdue University Marching Band as they perform on the Gridiron Plaza this Friday, November 7th at 12:00pm. There is no cost to enjoy the concert and everyone is welcome.
 
Deemed as one of the finest collegiate marching bands in the nation, the Purdue University "All-American" Marching Band first appeared on the West Lafayette campus in 1886. The band is now recognized around the world. Performing at every home football game, select away games, bowl games, and has served 75 times as the host band for the Indianapolis "500" Motor Race.

The Hall of Fame will also celebrate Veterans Day by offering free admission to all veterans and active/reserve military personnel. This promotion will begin Saturday, November 8th and run though Veterans Day, which is Tuesday, November 11th. Veterans are invited to bring their family members, who will also receive discounted admission.
 
Youth Football Day will take place at the Hall of Fame on Saturday, November 15th. All youth football players and cheerleaders to come to the Hall dressed in uniform or a team t-shirt and they will receive free admission. All parents and family members will also be offered discounted admission.
