The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum welcomes Bruce Springsteen fans from across the region and country for a weekend of events devoted to celebrating Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Bruce Springsteen beginning Friday, June 12 through Sunday, June 14. Live performances, public programs and screenings of rare footage presented by Emmy and Grammy-award winning filmmaker Thom Zimny and more will surround Springsteen's first-ever exhibit From Asbury Park to the Promised Land: The Life and Music of Bruce Springsteen.
To launch the event, music critic and SIRIUS XM Radio Host Dave Marsh will be the Rock Hall's guest for From Songwriters to Soundmen: The People Behind the Hits on Wednesday, June 3 at 7 p.m. in the Museum's 4th Floor Theater. Marsh will be interviewed by Dr. Lauren Onkey, vice president of Educational Programs.
Special event partners include Brucespringsteen.net, Backstreets.com and media partner SIRIUS XM's E Street Radio. Music scholars, industry experts, Springsteen fans, musicians and bands from around the country will travel to Cleveland for a weekend devoted to telling the story of Springsteen's career.
The Rock Hall will host a canned food collection in coordination with the Cleveland Foodbank. Most needed food items are peanut butter, tuna fish, beef stew, soup, cereal and canned vegetables.

Special Films: Bruce Springsteen's Induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony - Highlight Footage. Springsteen inducted Bob Dylan, U2 and Creedence Clearwater Revival and following his own induction, performed with the E Street Band and Wilson Pickett. Blood Brothers- A documentary following the reunion of Springsteen with the E Street Band to release the Greatest Hits album. The film captures them behind the scenes and performing live.
