International Sports Heritage Association Announces 2006 Communications Awards

MEMPHIS, TN (November 8, 2006) – The International Sports Heritage Association (ISHA) announced the winners of the Communications Awards for 2006. The following organizations were recognized at the President's Dinner in Memphis, TN, as part of the Annual Conference at AutoZone Park. The awards are presented annually after judging by a committee of the ISHA Members.

Category A: Books or exhibit catalogues

Greater than $250,000 budget:

1st Place: Golf's Golden Age (USGA Museum & Archives – contact Rand Jerris)

Honorable Mention:  Motocross America (Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum – contact Katy Wood)

Category B: Programs, Annual Reports, or Magazines (more than 12 pages)

Less than $250,000 budget:

1st Place: 39th Annual Induction Dinner Program
