The results of the 2007 Veterans Committee election will be announced on Feb. 27. The 84-member Veterans Committee (comprised of 61 Hall of Famers; 14 Frick winners; 8 Spink winners and 1 former Veterans Committee member) reviewed two ballots – one featuring 27 players, and another featuring 15 managers, umpires and executives. The Historical Overview Committee pared the ballots from all eligible candidates down to 200 players and 60 managers, umpires and executives.

During the fall, a BBWAA-appointed Screening Committee and a Hall of Fame Screening Committee narrowed those lists, featured below.
