Hey everybody, we're excited to be back here at HOFMAG.com. Already yours truly – Jay Thomas and Coach Conover – are 9-3 in the first two weeks, so don't forget to check in with us every week to get your marching orders, baby.
Here ya go!
Arizona (1-1) at Baltimore (1-1)
This week at Baltimore, 2-0 Matt Leinart and the unluckiest man in football, Edgerrin "left the year they won the Super Bowl" James, will be welcomed into Baltimore by the maniacal likes of one of the best defenses around.
So take Baltimore, give the touchdown, and enjoy the slaughter.
Tennessee (1-1) at New Orleans (0-2)
New Orleans is minus 41/2, and the over/under is 45
Okay, here's the deal: Last year, the Saints played far more away games than home games. Now that they're back living in town, they're probably having trouble seeing the field from all the drinks and po-boys being consumed.
The Saints will struggle, but here's how to win: You know there's going to be a lot of scoring. Lower the over six points to 39 and take the over. Then increase the 4 ½ points to 10 ½ and take Tennessee in a tease.
Dallas (2-0) at Chicago (1-1)
Chicago is minus three.
Coach Conover notes: Oh, guess what? Dallas signed Tank Johnson. So Da Bears gotta make a statement here about the fact that we don't need losers like Tank. Screw Tank and those pussies from Dallas.
Here's how it works with this team: The over is 42, so tease that up to 48 and take the under. You know Chicago is practically a lock at home, so tease them up to plus 3 and take Chicago. Done, winner.
Oh yeah, one more: A simple bet: Take whoever is playing against Notre Dame...
Bye everyone. Check us out on Sirius Satellite for all the shenanigans, three hours every damn day.
